  1. I own a TurboX SC with a 6 spd manual that I bohugt used a little over a year ago and let me tell you, it’s the best vehicle I’ve ever owned, maybe even ever driven. a0That is G-d’s own exhaust note, and the car’s torque and power are amazing. a0Power, however much you want whenever you want it, in any gear, at any speed, is totally intoxicating. a0It’s an amazing engine, and a crying shame it isn’t available anymore. a0Add wonderful seats, a good ride (only with replacement Contisport tires, not the OEM ones, which are far too harsh), excellent handling, XWD, and true wagon utility, and it may be the perfect car. a020+ MPG on the highway. a0In over a year of my putting on over 25000 miles per year, it’s been bullet-proof. a0Frankly, every 9-3 should have left the factory this way. a0A true and superior 335Xi competitor. a0I keep thinking, if Saab either doesn’t survive or does survive and never really makes an equivalent replacement (very possible), what would I ever replace this with that offers its combination of power, utility, XWD, and manual transmission? a0Probably the only option in the US would be the Cadillac CTS-V wagon (but no AWD there). a0I know Europeans have more options, but in the US for manual wagons, that’s it.
