The CoVent 19 Challenge is asking engineers, innovators, designers, & makers to submit multiple designs for a viable mechanical ventilator. We are using this as inspiration to create among our community.
We should be looking ahead to make the next thing that we need fast. PPE is scarce and the supply chains are disrupted by restrictions. The next need could be IV bags, blood drawing equipment, or other essential devices. Design for sustainable re-use, quick manufacture, and rapid distribution.
